Billed at a flat rate of $350 which includes one mood board.

An all-encompassing design process: Measurements and floor plans are billed at an hourly rate, including 3 mood boards for approval. Once approved, I handle the purchase, delivery, and installation of your project.
Selections are subject to a 25% commission.

My seller’s consultation is approximately 90 minutes depending on the size of your home. While we tour your home we’ll discuss your home’s style and how your rooms can reflect that style for buyers. We will discuss how you can create better flow through rearranging furniture, items you should consider packing away, and small repairs to consider prior to showing your home.
Please note, this is a verbal consultation only I encourage our homeowners or realtors to take notes as we discuss recommendations.

images and notes of our tour and discussion. Within 72 hours of our consultation I will produce a detailed report of the recommendations
